Thanks for all the info and congratulations!

Our interview is coming up and it's great to hear that your immigration intentions for AOS from B1 didn't come up. We're in the same situation, although we haven't been married as long. We weren't planning on getting married when my wife came for a visit (we'd only known each other a month after all), but things worked out that way and she stayed. The whole thing happened honestly but I don't want any problems.

07/14/08 I-765 - Card Ordered!

07/23/08 EAD Card rec'd!!!

09/02/08 NOA - Rec'd Interview Date

10/31/08 Interview - APPROVED!
