marry her dude! don't risk wasting 8 or 9 months waiting for K1 visa interview which will end up with denial visa 'cause your situation is kinda complicated and the CO will find it suspicious! so ask her to come here and get married then apply for a spousal visa!

maybe my case is complicated you right but i think past is past .

i think they don't have the rights at the USA embassy to judge us like that .

i think we have enough evidence of a bonafides ongoing relationship and we will leave it in GOD hands .

listen friend, none buys that at the American Embassy! who cares.... ? nobody actually! they'll judge you no matter what... having to go through an interview so the CO see that the relationship is genuine is some type of prejudgment.

if you're her husband the chances for them to deny you a visa are less than if you're just her fiance!

tell me, did she apply for a visa petition @ USCIS for her Egyptian Ex husband or she didn't?

no she didn't file for him

she just was with him one time ( the same time they got married ) and then he divorced her after almost 10 months
