Hi.everyone,My children will file I-751 without me.Can you help me,

How I can file this only for $465 (for both)and 80+80???

What form I need to use for them?

SORRY.my English is very limited(((

Hi,

I think you have to pay each of your children $545 (include $80 for biometrics) since they are filing without you. I suggest you call USCIS to verify this. As for the form, you still need to use I-751 forms.

Again, I think it is better for you to call USCIS office regarding your concerns and/or questions.

I did it,and I very sad.I need to file 2 times and pay 2 times...I-751 for son (465+80)and I-751 for daughter(465+80)

Thanks for help me

Just what I thought you would do simply because they are applying without you. Again, take note of this instruction below:

If you are a child filing separately from your parent, also submit your petition with a full explanation as to why you are filing separately, along with copies of any supporting documentation.

Just take it one step at a time.

God Bless you!

Haole was right about the new forms of I-751 and instruction -- BUT take note that prior revision are still accepted until 8/23/2008. If you file and/or have submitted your application before this date then you should be fine. The only thing that a little bit have changed was the last number of the CSC zip code from 92607-0751 to 92607 -1075, other than that then you should be fine. As for the instructions for I-751 - I have not thoroughly check word for word the differences between the old version and new version but pretty much I have not seen any difference of it.

As to your question, those are the evidences or like those documents you have posted.

Did you submit and/or file your application today? If not, then change the zip code to 92607-1075 and check your forms to current revision date.
