GUYS WHEN IS THE RIGHT TIME TO PAY DELBROS

hello guys in philippines... help..Nvc told me that they already forward my docs in embassy last sept 8 2008. and when i checked the DHl all the papers from sept 8 shipment was delivered and arrived in USEM, how i will know when is the time to pay delebros??? iam in CR1 route and i dnt know who to call. we are expedited to get a earlier interview.. pls HELP OUT IM CONFUSED

NVC Received : 06-16-2008

IV fee bill- 08-06-2008

IV FEE PAID- 08-08-2008

IV PACKET SENT 08-11-2008

NVC recive mail 08-13-2008

NVC COMPLETE CASE- 08-21-2008

CASE EXPEDITE FOR EARLY INTERVIEW IN USEM

I paid delbros the minute i got the MNL number from nvc......if u have MNL...u can pay

iam in CR1 route.. but thanks by the way for the respond i reall y appreacite it so much.. Anyone pls Help me out sOme More advice.. Thanks in advance ..

since your documents are in USEM i think you can already pay delbros for document verification.... just follow the instructions in http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3023.html and delbros link

THANKS BELAY//I CALLED GRACE OF US EMBASSY BUT SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVENT GOTTEN MY PHYSICAL DOCS. YET . BUT THE NVC SENT OUT THE PAPERS LST 08 SEPT, NOW IAM CONFUSED>>THEY TOLD ME TO CALL ON THURS-FRI TO FIND OUT THE LATEST IMPROVEMENT., THEY TOLD THEY ONLY HAVE THE ELECTRONIC FILE FROM NVC.. IAM GETTING PISSED OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
