1-909-101-7878 is available Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm (Philippine Time). Thats the number to call to set an appointment. It is P80/min. You can only use PLDT landline with IDD. hope that helps..

They will ask your CASE NUMBER (MNLxxxxxxxxxx) and tell them that you want to have a schedule for your interview and medical exam.
