hi

We filled AOS 11 days ago and we made a mistake in filling my maiden name instead of my married name.

I searched that there is a I-90 form to change GC, but i don't know if I can fille I-90 while on conditional or I have to wait after 2 years when conditional is removed. My husband still confident that my married name will comes out on the GC.

I received yesterday the rejected form I-765 because of outdated for, So I am confuse now of what last name to fill up.

I wanted to use my married name but we made a mistake.

I need an advice also if I could use my married name the time I get my drivers lisence, state id and SS.

right now I am waiting for the biometric and interview maybe I can do something during the interview to change my last name.

and asking advice if there is a way in the middle of process.

thank you

During the interview you can request that they use your married name on the card. They may or may not do it that way, so if they print it with your maiden name, you'll have to do the name change form after you get it. Doesn't matter if its a 2 year or 10 year card, you can still change it.

divorced - April 2010 moved back to Ontario May 2010 and surrendered green card

PLEASE DO NOT PRIVATE MESSAGE ME OR EMAIL ME. I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT CURRENT US IMMIGRATION PROCEDURES!!!!!

yes we will do that during interview. We sent letter to USCIS a day after we recieved the receipt notice of I-485 and still waiting for the response or instructions of what to do.But we just viewed the case online yesterday and the papers been transfered to CSC. If my maiden name will come out on my card we will just file I-90 after we recieve the card. or if they did something to change the maiden name it will be better..thanks
