Hi All,

For those of you who received RFE's for your AOS or EAD how soon did you get them after Chicago received your paperwork? I have looked at many timelines but my eyes are getting groogy and just thought I would ask everyone. What I am hoping is that if you don't get one within the first month (which we have not) then the chances of getting one go down considerably. Am I way off on this thinking?

I sent paperwork on 6/16/08 I got an RFE 8/22/08.

You can definitely still get an RFE after the first month. Several people in the June filers group - including myself, received RFEs AFTER their paperwork had been transferred to Cali.
