New baby, new job... new I-864?

Hi everyone,

We received a Request for Initial Evidence on our I-485. As the petitioner, I listed my income as sufficient but had little evidence so included a joint sponsor. They want a letter of employment and documentation of pay.

Since the original submission, I have had a baby and got a better job. I got a new letter of employment. Do I send pay stubs from previous employers or only my current one? Should I fill out a new I-864 with current information?

Also, should I resubmit original docs or only what they ask for?

Give them exactly what they ask for. Take the updated new info to the interview if you have one.
