Ok, here it goes, I didnt know I had to change my name before sending out all the AOS paperwork. My husband and I were waiting to have all our paperwork approved and then change my name and then open joint accounts at the bank, etc... But now hearing all about the AOS interviews, how can I proof I live with him and we are happy together if there is no bank accounts, or leases, or anything whatsoever!... What do I do now?! I'm confused! please help!

Thanks!

HI! First of all i would suggest you to ask your husband to write an affidavit on his behalf explaining all of the escisting circumstances about your relationship and why you guys don't have any joint documents and etc., he should sign that letter and swear in writing that that affidavit is a clear true .On the top of the Affidavit don;t forget to write your A number , also provide your NOA number (if you have any) .Also i would suggest you to write one affidavit form your behalf as well with a ll of the following circumstances and you should swear in writing that the provided infomation is clear true. After that ,mail the affidavits via express mail to the INS Service Center according to your location. You can track ane expressmail packages online. www.usps.com

Make sure that you also provide ayour A-number on the express mail package as well.

Another thing is if you are truly married ,you will not have anyproblem to prove you bona finde relationship even without the necessary evidence. They might call you for an interview and they will see if evrything is real or not. They are very smart and good psychologists,so they will be able to recognise .

Take care!

Sincerely.
