hi guys as both of my I 130 AND I 129F are approved,
i personally want to go the IR1 VISA ROUTE.

1] but, how can i do that.

2] my k3 will come to vancouver consulate so iam confused about the process and my question is , do the nvc take the same time for i 130 and the i 129 to process because they have to do the administrative processing anyway for both.

3] i assume that the i 129 petition will be forwarded quickly to the vancouver canada consulate and the interview wait time is abot 3 to 4 weeks but will they say that they have to compplete the administrative process before issuing the k3 visa or do they issue the visa as it is non immigrant visa and allow me to enter the states to file for adjustment of status because if they have to wait for the administrative processing at nvc then it is better to take the IR1 route as there will be additional 3 to 4 months wait for the interview at montreal ,
so please guys i need some good suggestions.
i appreciate your help and thank you.
