Welcome to VJ. :)

The Guides section provides step-by-step instructions. You'll also want to spend time reading K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures General Discussion.

Good luck, and be prepared to wait during this process. But having knowledge makes it a lot easier. :)

Welcome to VJ! As soon as you have your annulment, you can begin the filing process! In the meantime, read all the FAQ's and Guides here on VJ that you can. You can see the tabs at the top of this page. Familiarize yourself with the process and read threads that answer some of the same questions you might have. There is a Philipines Forum here that you might find helpful. Here's the link:

Best of luck!

Read the website;details of what you need for a K1 visa all stated there in details...it's also important to gather evidences while you're waiting for the result of your annulment.Like, pictures of you and your petitioner;if you have a child, then picutres of the 3 of you if possible;get your birth certificate from the NSO;print your emails to each other, remitances if he sends money;tell him to get a copy of his income tax return for the last 3 years . Good luck .

No one that can help you is going to be able to respond to your message here unless they're looking to help the original poster. If you need assistance, or advice...please post a new topic and then people will come assist you. My understanding is that if your petition is denied, then you should do something right away, before your petition gets sent back to the US! Please...post a new topice saying that your K-3 was denied, in the K-3 forum section, and someone will assist you.

I agree with Carla, you need to start a new thread with a new question and in the appropriate forum.

Just filing for a new K3 visa is not going to solve the problem with the previous petition. You need to appeal your case now before it gets moved. Just call the NVC and ask who you should be talking to.

I'm sorry...I really don't know the answer to your question as I'm not familiar with K-3's too well, and certainly not denials, but MANY people will have good answers and solutions, so please please post this in another area as your own topic!!
