Hey everyone i was just looking trying to find a form for cosponsor to download and couldnt find it also wanted to know

when they are looking at income do they look at your income in relationship to your present status ie... single earning x amount of dollars... or do they look at it as to what it will be ie... my fiance and daughter are coming hence income level for 3 people i am asking because this year i will most likely fall in the mid 30's as far as income and according to 2008 poverty level it is around 34k considered the poverty level ....and i guess i am still confused as to when i should include a co sponsor

any help is appreciated

The co-sponsor uses the exact same form you would use, so the I-134 Affidavit of support.

They look at your income and see how many dependents you have, and whether or not you are 125% above the poverty limit.

You need a co-sponsor IF you do not meet the income criteria. If you have a child, and your fiance coming, your household income would be calculated out to three people, assuming you have no other dependents.

You only need $22,000 for 3 people unless you're in Alaska or Hawaii so it doesn't sound like you need a co-sponsor.

They look at your adjusted gross income, which could include salary as well as interest or dividends. If you got a raise since 2007, then pay stubs would show you are making even more now. Or a letter from you employer stating your current salary would help establish your earnings.
