My friends,

I'm Besame Mucho's fiance writing here from New Mexico. Glad to introduce myself.

As you might have known, Oscar de la Hoya and Manny Pacquiao will fight each other on December 6. Who do you think will come out victorious? I think De la Hoya will win by split decision because they will be slugging in the welterweight division, meaning Pacquiao has to be beefier by 12 lbs. more than his normal weight. Twenty bucks on De la Hoya ... any takers? :thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:

Pacman started professional boxing at like 112 pounds (maybe even lower) & DLH is huge compared to him (advantage DLH). Pacman is 6 years younger and still in his prime, so those facts are to his advantage. It's a tough fight to call!

Whatever happens pacquiao will have lots of money with this game since its 60:40 split...and dela hoya is retiring soon so if he wins this will be a nice goodbye memory for him :whistle:

If and I hope Manny is in good shape.... Oscar . . . you better run! :)

Win or lose. . . Manny is such a great fighter he will be remembered forever by us Filipinos and by Mexico ( for defeating their best fighters aka Antonio Barrera , Morales etc )

The Central Florida VJ Fil-Am community will gather this Saturday at Steve and Lyn's house in Ocala to watch the fight, oh boy, there will be a feast. . . yummy Filipino foods :)
