I-864 Form

When I sent my I-130 in I only sent in the tax things they required for the last three years back in January for 2004,2005 and 2006. the reason I did not sendin 2007 is because I did not have my taxes completed yet. But, now I have my 2007 taxes done.

So the question I have is. Do I give the information they will want for the years of 2004, 2005 and 2006 and leave out the 2007 since I filed and submitted 2007 after I filed my I-130?

Also do I need to use my gross income on my W-2 for this form?

Can I fill out and date this form now while waiting on my approval so that all I have to do is mail it in?

I also assume I can fill out the 864 that is here on the website and submit it.

Yes you can make it up now. Put the information for 2007, 2006 and 2005. Always use the current information. You should use the Adjusted Gross Income in part 25. Use your total income from your individual W2s & 1099s for 2007 on part 23. It doesn't matter which I-864 you use as long as it is the current version.
