Do we need the form DS-156K for a K-3 spouse? It asks about spouse's info and then says you can not get the visa if you are married because you can't marry your US citizen Fiancé if you are already married, but we are already married to each other not someone else, I don't get this one. Everywhere I research the documents needed for the interview this form is listed but it doesn't make sense.

that DS156k form is for k1 petitions only.now u will need DS156 form..without the K, thats what u need...good luck!

11.20.07 : mailed I130

01.23.08 : NOA1

04.21.08 : mailed I129F

04.22.08 : NOA1

05.14.08 : NOA2 both for I 130 and I 129F

06.26.08 : medical exam 2nd day PASSED!!

07.09.08 : interview day! PASSED! PINK SLIP!

07.15.08 : visa on hand!!!

08.01.08 : POE SFO (home with my papi!)
