DS-230 Part 1, page 2: 21a 1nd 21b

Hi! Can someone help me on this form. Im confused on the DS 230 part 1 form where they ask

21a. Person named in 14 and 19 who will accompany you to the united states now

21b. person named in 14 and 19 who will follow you in the United states at a later date.

Im petetioning my mother and father, and im confused if i should put "N/A" on both 21a and 21b because they have seperate petition filed or should i put the spouse name on 21a and "N/A" on 21b.

Read carefully this is abt who will come to usa with the principle imigrant if you are petitioning seperatley then you have to write there "None" instead of N/A.

On 21a, you can put your dad on your mom's ds230 since they'll be together once the visa is approved & your mom on the ds230 of your dad. On 21b, they can write down your other siblings who'll gonna follow them at a later date. That's how I understood it...
