has anyone experienced an administrative review? I've waitied 7 months for my fiance's interview and they gave her a paper that says administrative review. Can someone please help me?

K-1 Visa

Comments : New Problemss but not too serious. Green Card came with the wrong Birthday and had to file I-90. We are told that it will take 6 months to replace the card.

It means someone in USCIS/govt agency will review your petition/application prior to issuing a visa/approving/denying it as they are having "doubts" or needs clarification and that you arent just trying to get a visa to go to the US..

It can take anywhere from one week to several months if you are in AR.

99% of filers from Thailand get AR, as this country has the most abused visa applications. They throughly do a background check and use all the evidences to make sure that this petition/application is real and not some way to go to the US.
