delbros clarifications!!!

again folks, i got a text from delbros today, informing me that our documentsis already with the NSO on Ausgust 20, 2008, the runaround time og NSO to produce a result is within the range of 1-4 weeks, us embassy will recieve result from the NSO as soon it is ready

i pay my document verification August 19, and im happy to hear August 20 its already in NSO,

BUT then again ive heard a lot of complain, regarding the NSO. now im worried, if the text i got from them today is for real, or they just like what other said, giving wrong info,

is it really true?

i suggest that you call NSO tomorrow to double check if they actually received the docs verification request from DELBROS on Aug.20.

We paid on August 08, 2008, my husband called usem and spoke with Lorraine per her our documents are still under review and told my hubby to call on August 29 (Friday). It's been 3 weeks since we paid for Delbros and until now our docs information are not forwarded to Delbros. What the hell is going on with them???

paid my DV on July 23. it reached NSO 2 days after. it took them 4 weeks to return the docs back to USEM. my husband called yesterday and confirmed that my docs just got back. it will be released really soon like in two days' time. he was advised to wait for a text from Delbros.

some are lucky to get out of the docs verification in two weeks. others take longer than 4 weeks.

Yeah! that's the saddest part of this visa process very inconsistent with their administrative procedures. They didn't even realize at all that we suffered a lot already.

my fiancee had just mailed our I-129F two days ago and i have been reading and learning quite a lot from all of your experiences here. it has helped me a lot in answering all the questions that come up in my head and i appreciate that you are sharing all of these to eveybody. thank you. my question is, do u have any idea when i can pay DV? do i have to wait for the NOA2 before i can do that or can i do it any time i want? this is so i can avoid the delay that u people are experincing now. thnks in advance.

Hi..yes u have to wait for NOA2 first so NVC can assign your MNL CASE number that u need before paying DV.

I pray we get a good new this coming Friday... we paid our DV on July 31 and they sent it to NSO on Aug 6...

Interview was Aug 21... its been two weeks...

I should have known early that my fiance can pay the docs ver when i got the NOA2... (

Hi there,

I paid DELBROS same date of my interview. I followed up through phone by calling DELBROS but I was just "snobbed", the guy who answered did not even asked for my name and details and just told me to track online or do SMS tracking blah blah....so I hang up because they are not-so accommodating. It's given, we are updating and we follow up our "order" that we all ready paid, isn't our right to do some follow up, why it seems that they have a bad customer rapport? I was so pissed of and didn't bother to try talking to anyone at DELBROs nor NSO ever again!

After 27 days I finally had VISA packet on my hands without any follow up.

I PAID MY DV JULY 14 ....DELBROS FORWARDED DV TO NSO JULY 18....I CALLED NSO AUGUST 8 AND THEY CONFIRMED IT WAS THERE ON THAT DATE THE DELBROS FORWARDED THE DV...HAD MY INTERVIEW AUGUST 11(GOT THE WHITE PAPER MARKED WAIT TILL YOU HEAR FROM US AND A PINK SLIP)....YESTERDAY I CALLED US EMBASSY THEY SAID MY DV IS ALREADY DONE....(BUT STILL NEED TO WAIT FOR APPROVAL) :wacko: :unsure:

I am confused how this works

OK you pay the fee for DV at Metrobank and then you text Delbros.

How do they actually verify your docs? Do you mail them your docs?
