K4 Child's Last name

When my wife and daughter come to US on K3 and K4... is it possible to change our daughters last name to mine (which is the way my wife's last name will be). If so, how and where do i change it..

that is a legal question for your state of residence...you will probably be required to petition the court.... marriage alone does not do it legally for the child... however, adoption would...
