Checklist for AOS + EAD + AP

Hi!

I'm about to mail my application for AOS + EAD + AP and I just wanted to confirm with you guys that my checklist is complete:

AOS:

- Form i-485 and the following supporting documents:

- Copy of my birth certificate + translation into english

- Copy of my passport

- Copy of my K1 Visa

- Copy of my I-94

- Copy of my

NOA

for my fiance petition

- Copy of my marriage certificate

- Copy of my vaccination sheet (obtained at the medical I had for my K1 visa a couple of months ago)

- 2 passport-style photos

- Form i-864 and the following supporting documents:

- Wife's last 3 years of tax returns

- Wife's pay stubs for the last 6 months

- Form G-325A

EAD:

- Form i-765 and the following supporting documents:

- Copy of my passport

- Copy of my K1 Visa

- Copy of my I-94

- 2 passport-style photos

AP:

- Form i-131 and the following supporting documents:

- Copy of my passport

- Copy of my K1 Visa

- Copy of my I-94

- 2 passport-style photos

Fees: $1010 (money order to U.S. Department of Homeland Security)
