This is just a blah blah blah...Will Obama be sued if he choose Hillary Clinton as a VP?

This has nothing to do with Hillary, Berg was a HC supporter, but he filed it on his own.

Also, did you miss the part where this guy filed his suit before Obama named a VP....?

I'd be convinced if he did it while Barack first mentioned his run for President, rather than after Hillary lost to Barack.

Unfortunately there's too many Hillary-or-Republican voters (most likely because of Bill, not Hillary), who are conservative and would partake to things like in your signature challenging a person because of their name.

If there are issues with it, let it be taken up in court. Otherwise it's a political game, much akin to typical Republican-style attempts to disenfranchise people because they wouldn't get what they want.

Hence, the lawsuit.

Where it will be thrown out for a lack of legal basis.

Now as for precedent on natural birth and citizenship... where was McCain born?
