I am sure there are lot of March I-130 Vermont filers... did anyone already get approve?

Who knows what the hell is wrong with VSC!

Please share your stories if you don't mind...

No updates, but with the recent stream of transfers, I am hoping that we, the March filers, see some activity.

I hope so too. I did see quite a few Jan/Feb. 08 VSC cases transferred to CSC. Hopefully it'll sort out the mess...

THIS IS RIDICULOUS MAN! IT HAS BEEN LIKE FOREVER AND NOBODY KNOWS WHEN IT WILL BE APPROVED. I CALLED USCIS FOR MY 129F THEY SAID IT WILL BE INQUIRED WITHIN 45 DAYS AND I GOT CONF.#. I AM SURE IT WON'T DO ANY GOOD EITHER.

I CAN'T WAIT ANYMORE............

I am a March filer for both the I-130 and I129.

I was approved on Oct 31st! I know several March filers were transferred to California recently. Mine was approved by Vermont just before they began transferring files.

Hopefully they will start approving faster with California helping out with the work load!

WHO got transferred recently? Not aware of more than one case...

I am a March filer for both the I-130 and I129.

Thanks!! I would recommend to anyone currently waiting an approval for 6 months or more to start gathering the NVC documents. The LingChe short cut in the Wiki is invaluable. Sometimes police certificates take a while to get so gathering the information ahead of time saves time. I thought I had everything, but at the last minute I realized that I had a copy of the birth certificate not one with a seal from the Registrar. But all in all, I had all of the forms filled out and signed which helped speed through the NVC.

I'm hoping for approvals soon for my fellow March filers!! VSC is so slow it's shameful :(
