Im having a confusion in the matter of the AOS , Me and my kids came here in K3 K4 visa last Dec 2007. I have approved I-130 it was approved the same day my I-129F was approved. My question is when we file the AOS for my kids that is under K4 visa next year on feb 2009.

1. Do I need to file first the I-130 for my kids that ages 6,8,9 yrs old since my husband dont file for them yet so they can adjust the status ?

2. Can I file them both the I-485 with the I-130 at the same time when i file my AOS ?

Thank for anyone who gonna answer this.
