I arrived in the States in June 2005 and married my US spouse two years ago at the end of this month and shortly after that we filed for my AOS. I went through all the medical tests, biometrics etc and we had the interview with the local INS office, got a lawyer etc, and I got the employment card (just for id purposes so I didnt have to use My British passport) and when it expired I got a state ID card and a SSN but I still have not got my conditional green card so does anyone know that when my card finally arrives, as I will have been married for over two years by then if they will just send out the non-conditional one still or the full one as it seems a bit pointless to me for them to now send out the conditional one as in just over a week's time Ill have been married for two years?

Anyone here experienced this? Thanks.

If you have had your interview for AOS and were approved then you need to make an infopass appointment at your local office to find out what happened to your Greencard. you also need to check if you have to file to remove conditions, this is normally done 90 days before the 2nd anniversary of you being approved for the Greencard.

You say you had a EAD but it has expired, did you not apply for a renewal? if you are working and you dont have a greencard you need a valid EAD to continue to work.
