I am sorry for all of those going through this painfull procees dealing with the new law.

I am curious though, Since there are so many petitions being sent back to the U.S. You would think that all the consulates and embassies would take this golden opportunity to clean up their backlogs.

By doing this, the wait time of all the petitions being returned back to the Consulates or embassies from the U.S. could flow through the process much quicker and therefore reducing the additional wait time that everyone has endured.

The embassys wont take this time to clean up backlogs because, that makes sence.

if it make since well it just wont happen. you would have better luck asking the tooth fairy

for some money under your pillow.

Actually, once these cases get cleared, they´ll flood the consulates.
