Before I re-installed my computer i was able to view all my chat logs that I had with my wife, now i cant read them because all i see is letters and numbers...

I'm using msn, this is what comes up.

Chill...it's just html tags. There might be a setting in Microsoft Word that you now have unchecked - something like, 'enriched text'. What you want to basically get Word to recognize html and it does, but you have to have the right option selected.

I got it bro..i opened it with Microsoft word and had two choices...it opened as "DATA ONLY" my other choice was "MessageLog.XLS" clicked on that one and then all the chat logs opened...
