A couple of weeks back there was a thread for those of us who haven't had any activity at VSC since 2/24 when our files were put online. I think some of those lucky people filed before 12/31/07 and so should now be at CSC but since I filed 10 days into January I am at slow-azz VSC, still 2 weeks into August with no touches, no signs that my case even still exists... I am wondering if there are any others still in the same boat or if really I am the only one... Like the filer who got some info from VSC said I genuinely think my file got stuffed in a box when they were rushing to get everyone online and the box is stuck under 10 others which have come in since then... :crying:

i feel the same way. today was the worst of all days, for some reason i dont know why i just broke down into tears. i somehow thought that with 2007 cases moved to csc, i could at least get a touch this week. but when i checked, still nothing and its already the end of the week. i dont know why vsc is putting us thru all this, i dont know what else we can do, but im on the brink of depression. especially after seeing all the approvals from csc today, im beginning to think my case is under a pile of 10 boxes and on top of that are empty boxes of pizza that vsc people havent thrown away yet because theyre so dumb ### lazy , they dont want to do anything.

i literally feel sick right now, im on the verge of a breakdown

hang in there Sasha 414 it will come our time

thanks Phillip , ive been trying to hang on but when i checked the site an hour ago, i noticed approvals left and right from CSC and all has been quiet at vsc. i broke down and cried.

(((((((((((Sasha))))))))))))

I, for one, understand EXACTLY how you feel, if that's any comfort. We just have to hang in there somehow - I am going to contact my congressman and see if that helps.

(F)

thanks Pattu, i needed that. my husband contacted the congressman but vsc gave him the same canned answer they all give us, they said uscis works FIFO. now we all know thats a flat out lie. seeing all the csc approvals today and realizing that vsc will never look into our papers this month sank me deep into depression

Same here, I thought with the combination of 1) H1-B visa deadline 7/31, supposedly freeing the worker bees at VSC to get back to spouse visas, and 2) the transferring of cases up through 12/07 to CSC, and me filing in 1/08(top of the pile if there were ANY logic or fairness to this process), that for sure I would get a touch this week, but it's same sh!t different day at VSC - just checked my file status again, nada....

Even a REP from VSC admitted that it's not FIFO, that some boxes get buried under newer boxes thanks to their utter incompetence!!!!!!! I swear even the IRS is a model of transparency compared to VSC, there is no way to really know what is going on!!!!!
