I followed everything in your I-130 fasttrack and this is what happened. I really don't it would have been completed this fast if it wasn't for your help. Thanks a lot. :innocent::dance::star:

Don't forget to start a file for your next filing. Start copying and storing evidence for the I- 751 and keep it all in a safe place. Good luck to you :thumbs:

What kind of docs are needed to remove the condition ???

Focus on joint fiancial paperwork. Bank statements (checking, savings, credit), joint tax returns, joint utility bills, joint insurance (home, car, life, health), any joint loans eg. car payments and such.

Also keep copies showing joint residence, leases or deeds of ownership.

Collect photographs from family events, trips together etc.

Keep copies of any travel itinerarys for both of you.

It would be so much easier to start saving information as you go instead of trying to gather everything when it's time to file. They like to see that you have a fiancial life together at the next stage., along with many other things.
