I am so sorry that you are still at VSC and still going through this. I will pray for you.

MrsRowe: We all are still at useless VSC.

VSC please start to work and approve petitions::::::::::::::::::::::

I said a prayer for all of us. I have hope that we will all pull through this. :thumbs:

I hope so cause everyday is near the dead end!!! :crying::devil:

I'm tired of all this process. I'm getting depress also and loosing hope. I really hope that vsc start working on spouse visas cause the process doesn't end here. We have NVC tot ake care after that which i hope that will be quick.

I know how you feel man...I was at CSC and I applied in early march and people started getting approved left and right from april and may. That pissed me off at USCIS so much...I was so angry for a whole month of july.....

Hang in there man...just pray that your case transfers to CSC and gets approved really quick.

It is wild guessing :idea: but I think VSC is still working on H1B and Citizenship cases to be finished before elections. They just don't care after you get citizenship :crying:

almost a year to get approved at vsc, this is just unbelievable! :angry::angry::angry:

aug. 26, 2008----transferred to csc

sept. 19, 2008--- approved

NVC:

sept. 26, 2008----got case # from a live operator

oct. 6, 2008 ------received AOS bill/paid online

oct. 7, 2008 ------shows PAID

oct. 14,2008 -----IV fee generated/ paid online

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

sept. 24, 2009 -- POE LAX
