K-2 Visa - Adjustment of Status.

Hello everybody,

Does anyone know the limit age to get the Green Card if you have a K-2 visa?

I believe 21 but also requires the K-1 to have married within the prescribed 90 days

Well, The K-1 married within the 90 days. All the paperwork for employment authorization and also for Adjustmnet of Status (for the K-2) were properly filed. On the interview date the immigrant official said the K-2 could not get the visa, but didn´t deny the visa though, because she was 21 on the interview date. Some details: when the K-2´s mother married the American citizen the K-2 was 19. The visa seems to be " pending"...Otherwise it would have been denied right away, is that correct?
