I entered by k1 visa and marriend in 90 day and apply green card but ins denail my green card because my husband passed away and i tried to re-open gain it was denail again ( i 864 my mother in law can not suport who is die ) I have SSN , workpermet for 1 year, DL will exprise this mont . i am not sure I over stayed or not , before i reopen my green card I stay with our peper work 176 day becasue that time i did not have money to pay lawyer and green card fee , i leave usa after my green card denail on december 2007 and apply k1 visa to again , my case already approve ( NOA2) and i got interivew in next month. I do worry us embassy in bankok will denail my visa because i over stayed or not. can file I 601 waiver in us embassy ? if i overstay , I have 4 years daughter she is us citz
