Has anyone else encountered this? or does anyone expect it to be a problem?

The IVR message system told me that my DS-3032 and AOS bill were sent out on July 28. Hence, I used July 28 in James's shortcut when I modified the template for paying the AOS bill. However, when I actually received the AOS bill by mail, it was dated July 26!!!! Really hope they won't notice, or that they don't care about such a discrepancy!

(I notice that they state DO NOT DUPLICATE OR PHOTO COPY THIS BILL above the dotted, which is precisely what we're doing with James's shortcuts!)
