The Atlanta POE Experience!

Everything went very Easy, Smooth, and Fast!

Nobody asked me a question!!

The Plane arrived around 18.00 h! I needed Wheelchair assistance, that is why I had to wait, and when I arrived

to Immigration, nobody was in the room!

The Immigration officer did not ask me a question!

Baby: Hello

Police: Hello

I gave the police the Envelope, My Passport, and the Immigration forms (Customs and the white one).

The Police gave me all my documentation!

Police: Welcome to USA, Go downstairs!

I think that the conversation was one minute, no more than that!

I went downstairs, The wheelchair assistance person picked up my suitcases, and we went to Customs.

The lady in Customs picked up all my documentation, ask me if I had food in my suitcases, I told her no!

She put all my documentation in a folder, and she told me that I had to go to a different counter.

In this Immigration Counter, I only had to wait for one person.

Then an officer came up to me, and he took me to the counter. I signed forms, put my fingerprints.

Then another officer who spoke spanish, told me that everything is OK, He explained to me the legal regulations

(for example: Now, I can work in USA), and he gave me a paper with all the information.

He asked me if my Husband is with me, I told him that Bebo was not with me. He gave me My Passport!! And That

was All!!!

My Husband was outside very nervous, and He received me with a beautiful bouquet!

I have enjoyed all this time with my husband, I cannot think that this is a vacation, now it is real, I do not

have to come back to Spain in three months!!

Thank you very much to all of the members of Visa Journey and Good Luck!!!

Thanks for your detailed post, and yes there are people reading and following what's going on... I have not filed my i-130 yet but will soon do it and need to learn as much as possible. Even though i am not yet married I just feel so much better reading about the process.
