How long from the time you call to make the appointment to actual opening for interviews? Do you need to make a appointment at St Lukes, or just show up?

you don't need to have an appointment in St. Luke's all you need to do is to show up there and show them your interview appointment from USEM.

We waited a week and a half from the time our papers were forwarded to USEM. USEM usually schedules your medical exam one week before your interview but you can go and have your medical anytime before the date scheduled by USEM. As pink has said, just bring your email confirmation as your gate pass for your medical appointment. Good luck!

sorry i forgot to add up that ours took 3 days to get my interview sched from the day USEM got our papers. they got our papers July 15th and i called the call center by July 18th. Good Luck

So when you called... what was the first open slot for the Embassy interview? Was it a week or a month or some other number? So to rephrase how many days between the phone call to make the appointment., and the actuall appointment. We are trying to figure out if it is best to just stay in Manila or go back home and wait.

LOL, I had a hard time with my memory. If I remember it right, it was only weeks (2-3 weeks), but I chose to have my interview a month from the time we called. I think the availability of the dates will vary. It should depend on the number of applicants per month. When you give the call center a ring, they will give you available dates and you will choose the date of your interview according to your own preference.
