Trouble with USCIS loggin at website?

Recommended Posts

I have been trying to log in for a couple of hours, just to see if there were any further touches after yesterday's approval.

It kept telling me that it was invalid, and I knew that this has happened before after too many attempts. So, I became a little paranoid and called the customer service number, to make sure yesterday's approval was not just a figment of my imagination and just a dream.

As the representative was checking my case, she told me that their system was experiencing technical difficulties, and that she could not check it. We both concluded that this is the same reason for my failure while trying to sign on to their website.

Just wanted to share that info with others who have had trouble signing on to the USCIS website to view case information.
