Hi, I requested a copy of what our lawyers sent in to USCIS. It appears that, after we had approved what they were going to include in the packet, they made a couple typos when they typed up the G-325A.

The Applicant's Last Address outside the US for one year, they put an "r" instead of "p" in the city name.

They misspelled a city name of one of the addresses she lived in here in the U.S. (It sounds the exact same with the typos as it does spelled correctly -- it's just missing an "n", where there should be two "n"s.)

Also they put the wrong year in the last addresses she's lived at for the last five years, putting 2006 instead of 2005, making it look like we skipped a year (the previous line had June 2004 to Feb 2005, and then the line with the wrong year was April 2006 to May 2006). The next line up, however, is back on track at June 2005 to June 2006.

IS THIS BAD??? DO WE NEED TO WORRY???? SHOULD WE BRING THIS UP TO THE USCIS AGENT? Our lawyer says to not bring it up, and that it will be looked at as just a typo.

PLEASE HELP.

Dont worry until they bring it up, but as far as I see is not something to be too worried about. Worse come the worst, they will ask you about that during the interview. Typos do happen, but unless is the wrong birth date, wrong name, wrong city of birth so on, i don't think you should be worried too much.
