That is strange. Normally it is checked with 221g for administrative processing in Washington. Is this a new procedure with Casa perhaps? This is what my husbands said, but this was 2 years ago too....so maybe the wording has changed since then.

It sounds like you are on AP. Had there been a denial, the interview would have stopped right there and then, no need to continue on with the process.

I meant to add, I hope it's just a case of new wording and you are in AP. But, I would definitely make sure.

Said said they kept the forms biographical form the marriage license the police record and the court record and translations.

They didn keep his passport and on the form it says to look at for dsl851a for more information. What form is that?? I cant seem to find out what that is.

have your rep check (they kept all our forms also but still sent it back) but i doubt that is the case for you

Ive emailed my reps and I havent heard anything from them how do I get the form to sign for them to look into my case?

(II) to violate or evade any law prohibiting the export from the United States of goods, technology, or sensitive information,

(ii) any other unlawful activity, or

(iii) any activity a purpose of which is the opposition to, or the control or overthrow of, the Government of the United States by force, violence, or other unlawful means,

is inadmissible.

ETA - I don't know if this would apply though....

u havent???????? already, girl u are supposed to do that before the interview and be ready whack wack give them a phone call or go to the office and do the form asap, they can email/fax it to u, you sign and fax back..casa will be closed now

I emailed them before the interview and I havent heard anything from them at all.

try again and try another one...you will find one that works well with immigration matters if you emailed before call this time

Ive emailed all of my reps and I havent heard anything back from any of them. Im in total panic mode right now.

then just call them and speak to a person, i sent out 3 requests in the beginning and only 1 got back....you will be fine (the words SEND BACK) dont seem to have been spoken..these reps stay busy also, just have to make them know who you are
