K1 June Filers

I sent out my I-129F on the 6/16/2008 and they rec'd 6/18/2008 to the VSC. Once you receive the NOA1 whats next just wait for the NOA2? How long do you guys think it will take to receive the NOA2?

I wish their was a fee to expeditie things like next day.......

Congratulations getting your petition sent out. Yes, now you wait. When your check is cahsed you can get your EAC # and register with the uscis.gov website. When you see the date change you have been 'touched'. Can mean anything or nothing at all.

Right now Vermont is approving petitions in about 3+ months but processing times change all the time. The interview stage of the process varies greatly depending on the Consulate. Check the Portals and Embassy Info link to get a better idea.

Thanks for the tip! I hope so but now looking back I submitted my packet through a third party. In my rush to send the info to them I dont remeber if I answered the question pertaining to filing a past k1 visa. I did file one and I had it canceled a 8 months ago. If you miss that question what possible scenario's am I facing.
