Timeline

I sent out my I-129F on the 6/16/2008 and they rec'd 6/18/2008 to the VSC. Once you receive the NOA1 whats next just wait for the NOA2? How long do you guys think it will take to receive the NOA2?

I wish their was a fee to expeditie things like next day.......

Congratulations getting your petition sent out. Yes, now you wait. When your check is cahsed you can get your EAC # and register with the uscis.gov website. When you see the date change you have been 'touched'. Can mean anything or nothing at all. ;)

Right now Vermont is approving petitions in about 3+ months but processing times change all the time. The interview stage of the process varies greatly depending on the Consulate. Check the Portals and Embassy Info link to get a better idea.

Time to put on your patience hat! ;) Good luck.

Thanks for the tip! I hope so but now looking back I submitted my packet through a third party. In my rush to send the info to them I dont remeber if I answered the question pertaining to filing a past k1 visa. I did file one and I had it canceled a 8 months ago. If you miss that question what possible scenario's am I facing.
