Good to know that you made it through the rain  Enjoy the rest of your visa journey and soon you'll be reunited with your fiance :) God Bless.

Four months ago, I posted that it was the end of the road for our K1 journey upon learning that I have an existing marriage recorded at NSO. I filed a case and just today, the decision came out...."wherefore, premises considered, the Certificate of Marriage between blah blah and blah blah is hereby declared NULL AND VOID ab initio." Meaning- it never legally existed. Ahhhh!!! Words so sweet! I keep on reading and reading that line. I don't know what is in store for now, but I would like to thank my fiancee for believing me, staying with me and loving me more during this trial. God is good... and Im thankful that he made me strong to overcome the depression I had for the past months. I guess it really should be one problem at a time... I cant believe this problem is over...

Thank you to those who sent me messages... those who encouraged me to be strong... you know who you are.

Thats a wonderful news Ria, finally this unwelcomed problem has resolved.

Do u have to go to k1 process all over again?why is that?

God bless you both!

No, Im pushing thru with my interview. If its meant to be, then I will be the happiest person. If not, then I would like to think that God has better plans. I am stubborn as I know that I have been nothing but a good person who has honest intentions. But I have to admit that Im so tired already. This journey has been so emotionally draining. I want to stop forcing the issue but I will still give it a shot.

I'm really happy for you and stephen... hugs3.gif

When you feel tired, think of what you and stephen have gone through. Think of how he's been holding on tight.... and think of the love that you share and would be sharing for the rest of your lives. Your journey may have hit rough spots but it will be worth it in the end.

Will continue to pray that the rest of the process will be smoother for you, just be well armed when you go for the interview ha.

Good luck and God be with you always. Hugs and kisses to the little one (F)
