Requesting Visa pick-up

I haven't read of anyone requesting visa pick-up at USEM anymore. Can this still be done, or has it been done away with. I am going to schedule our interview for 8 weeks after we pay Delbros, in hopes that the doc ver will be done in that time. I've read too many Delbros horror stories over the past 5 months. I would really like to take them out of the loop as much as possible. I want my fiance to be able to fly home with me after the interview, and I am only giving myself a 2 week window. If anyone can shed some light on this, I would really appreciate it.

hi there!

I think you can still request a visa pick up at your CO, a verbal request is fine.

Unfortunately, USEM no longer accept visa pick-up request eversince they increased the visa delivery rate. You'll just have wait a little more and pray that your fiance gets a pink slip only which basically means that she'll get her visa sooner. Good luck

THANKS!!!!! I guess we better plan on staying in Manila, instead of going to Mindanao. I really wanted to spend more time with her family, since I really don't care for Manila
