Immigrant visa appts at Kiev embassy

This is for all the people who are trying to make an appointment for an immigrant visa at the Kiev embassy. When you call the call center they will tell you that they have no slots opened and you should call back. This is NOT TRUE. I have been to the embassy and was told that they can't say that. They HAVE TO give you an appointment day. I called the call center back and only after asking for a superviser TWICE the guy came back on the line and said he in fact COULD
