About to send package and going to move into a new house in a few weeks. I have been procrastinating sending the package waiting to see if we are in fact buying the house. Shoud I change my I-751 to the new address and file the AR-11 (and additional form for spouse)? Will all of the notices then get sent to the new address? That would help out with a lot of hastle of hoping I get all of the mail from the old address. July 7 was my 30th day of the 90 day window so I have some time to wait - don't want to wait until the very last minute though.

What do you think?

How "sure" you are to buy this new house... I mean if you are saying that you are moving to a new house at this time at least the paperwork has begun or at least you are approved for the loan, what exactly you are waiting to really close that deal?

It would way better, to send the package with the new address on it, still send the AR-11 or by phone/website. That will ensure that your receipts will get in your new address.

If you are not sure, then everything will depends how close you are to get that house...if not, the time continue passing, I would suggest that send your package in your old address and at least you send it if this new house never gets done.
