DS-3032 Maiden Name

I received our DS-3032 and I-864 Bill package yesterday. Both papers has my wife's middle (her dad's) name on it. Since I filed the I-130 using my name as her middle name, do I need to get it corrected before I send the DS-3032 and pay I-864 bill? Her current passport name has her dad's name as her middle name.

They used passport name and this is what normally NVC does. You don't have to do anything, stick with passport name. If you want it corrected, don't do it now. That'll delay the process. You can do it at naturalization time.

dhruv, you are coming here as an immigrant visa holder, which is basically greencard holder. After 3 years, you have the choice to become the U.S citizen through naturalization. During this process, you have the option to change your name. Good luck
