the reciept for document verification will only be asked from you if your verification result is not with embassy yet at the time of interview.

when will be your interview and when did you pay doc verification? where you able to get confirmation from delbros that they received your payment? if so try calling them: 02 339 2761 local 104 and look for robbie, give him your case number (MNL#) ask him if they have already informed the embassy of your payment and ask him when did or would they forward your verification request to NSO.. if it's been forwarded, well and good if not, tell him of your situation and ask him if you could make direct follow up again.

if they brush you off and tell you to make inquiries through their text hot line, just inform them about your situation and that you need to speak directly to the doc verification in charge.

if all else fail and worse comes to worst that your verification result is not with embassy yet on your interview.... well, i don't know how it should be.. maybe just tell them you misplaced the receipt but that you have received text confirmation from delbros... they might consider it or the worst case scenario would be, they will ask you to pay again.
