the consulate is asking for a letterhead from the employer

what if in the case of my father its just a private person who request

him to be taken care of?

1) what we submitted on the 18th is a letter with the name, address, telephone no

at the center of the page. (upper center of the letter--bold letters)

and the certification letter with salary rates?

what do they mean letterhead..its its a private employer not a company..if we cant

provide a letterhead what are other options?

2) and they are requesting for i864 with my dads' mailing address and the residence

address, is that possible?

4) what is i864 A signed by his wife?

5) what is rental..contracts?, can someone explain what else can we show

for my dads' assets properties..can someone give me an example?

i am really more frustated because the releasing officer

called this afternoon 4pm and said that the officer

review the docs today but they seem dissatisfied.

they want more evidences they want

- a letter of employer coe with letterhead

they want same format but "needs a letterhead" with notary

on the same page

- rental (apartment) and ownership records

- new i864 fill up with the mailing address and the residence

address..

- i864a for carmela abalon

-they also want us to put a documentation where exactly we

are living. (complete address)

- dad explaning whcich address we are going to live to.

(complete address)

i dunno why the consulate is giiving me so much hard time

inspite of giving enough evidences

JUNE 18- SUBMITTED DOCS CONSULATE REQUESTED

JUNE 20- NSO RELEASED RESULTS OF DV

JUNE24- PENDING REVIEW

JUL 1- RELEASING OFFICER CALLED THAT THEY NEED MORE EVIDENCE

Can't answer the rest, but for the letter from you dad he can design his own letterhead.
