Hi there! Received NOA2. Very relieved. Now working on the affidavit of support for my London gentleman.

Anyone know what additional evidence the embassy requires: pay stubs, tax returns, etc?

Also, What exactly do they mean by a letter/statement from a bank official about your savings? I've got some mutual funds as well... do I need to provide official documentation of those as well?

Thanks!

The top of the form is very detailed. We made sure everything was 'official'. Even down to a statement from my employer on official letterhead about my job title and annual salary. It never hurts to be over prepared. Hope this helps.

If the petitioner is not self-employed then are the tax return documents not required/needed, as long as you send the statements from your bank & employer? Thanks

Hiya, I just asked this question on another thread! From what I can gather the important thing to go by is the London consulate requirements (sorry, can't find the link off hand) which basically want two from letter from bank with details of account, letter from employer and tax returns. We are going with the first two, but from what I can gather most other people on here seem to go for all three just to be on the safe side

Hi~

Scott just had his interview in June and all they asked for was the I-134, letter from employer, and my previous years tax returns. Then 5 minutes later he was swearing info was correct and was approved!

He ended up going home with a folder of paperwork but if he didn't have it they would have asked.

Good Luck!
