Hello, I really need help. I got my receipt from Vermont for my I-130 on February 14 2008, and it is now the end of June and it still hasn't been approved. I'm wondering if anyone could tell me is this normal? Everytime I call them they tell me the same thing over and over again but its really killing me to be waiting this long, especially when I come onto this website and see that people who have filed in March and April have already gotten their NOA-2's. Can I do anything about this? Please help. Thanks sooo much.

hi, there are many VSC filers just like you and me waiting for their approval from last year...most of the approval for March and Feb. are from CSC not VSC.

Yes I understand, but I've been checking this website everyday several times a day and last week, the date from the immigration timeline for I-130 said February 12 and this week its January 22!! I'm just wondering if there's anything I could tell immigration or anything I could do. Thanks alot guys it makes it a little easier when you know that there are people playing the same waiting game as you are. But then its harder when you see people who file in April and May, IN VERMONT, have gotten approved already....
