hi everybody,

im on a k1 visa here in the united states of america, wht i would like to know is wht forms do i need to file for the A.O.S process??...and if its possible, would you like to give me the right informations about how to ask for these forms online??

anyhelp would be appreciated.

AOS time line:

March 9, 2009... EAD ordered.

March 14, 2009... Received EAD Card.

March 16, 2009... AOS approved.

March 28, 2009... Green card received.

You need to file forms, I-485 (AOS) and I-765 (EAD), G-325A, I-693 and among other evidences, I-797 (NOA2), copy of your passport, your fiance(e) I-94, etc
