tell him NOT to sign anything!!! Have him request an attorney be present during questioning. Then the attorney can file the necessay paperwork to have him realeased on bond. Only a person who has licensing to do immigration bonds can get him out. A normal bail bonds man cannot do it.

he would have to get an attorney to file all the paperwork and go in front of a judge. If the judge says he can have bond, then yes, he can have bond.

What was he doing when he got caught???? If he was doing a illegal activity?, he will be deported back to Mexico.

No hearing, no nothing, but if he can, he should get a attorney, and fight it as long as no illegal activity was involved.

I wish him the best of luck.

ssorry for not being clear as well. actually ice arrested him not the police, for EWI. but no criminal record at all

Im glad he is a good guy, no criminal record, and he was just visiting friends, he should be just fine. Plus if I remember correctly you said they already filed to keep him here in the U.S.. but Im not sure what is EWI??? And again , Im sorry, for some reason Mexico poped in my head. Strange, my good friend is I.C.E. and from Mexico. He came here when he was 5. Wait till I tell him this one. Im sure your cousin will be fine.
