Hi, Just a quick question.

The company and the address for my employer is too long and it can not fit into one line for my Employment history section. So, can I use two lines on G-325A, one line for Employer name and the 2nd for address? Or, do I have to attached a different sheet of paper to list my employment history?

If I am to attach a different paper, what should I write on the G-325A to indicate a different paper was attached?

Oh.. and for the G-325A photo, do I need to sign the photo on the back?

Thanks

For my employment address in U.S., they easily were fit in space when I filled the form right from the computer. You can fill the form in your computer and just print it out and sign. Save you lot of time that way as it fills all the copies automatically. For my fiance, I couldn't do that, so I had to write the address out by hand and I got into similar problem. I did use 2 lines for my fiance's employment address and I also use the dash (-) at the end to show continuation on the next line. I am taking my chance here and hoping it will be ok.

For the photos, write the names and Alien number if possible. Put them into small paper bag and again, write your name and Alien number on the bag and attach that bag to the appropriate G-325A. You Do Not need to sign the back of the photos.

Hope this helps.

I was writing out mine tonight and I too couldn't fit my employer's address so I've written in the box 'See attached supplement' and just typed on a piece of paper 'G-325A Supplement - applicant's last 5 years of employment' then I listed them with the most recent first.

Thanks for the help. But, how many pages did you attach to G-325A for employment history? Did you attach 1 copy or 4 copies of the extra page since there are 4 copies for G-325A form?
